Revealing Promise + Punishment Blurb + Cover
Hello friends and lovers!
Ah!
Today is SUCH a special day! I’m revealing the book cover and blurb for Promise and Punishment.
I have to tell you, this book cover looked different a year ago. It wasn’t until a few months ago I had to change it.
Funny story, at the time of decision for redesigning this cover, the reason behind it was due to a New York Times bestselling author releasing their book and the stock image they used was the same and the cropping was similar enough to where I didn’t feel comfortable putting that cover out.
One day—mark my words—one day, I’ll be able to buy original photos straight from a photographer, I am just not at that level yet and that’s ok. I have plenty of time until then to get all my ducks in a row.
